    If you are new to boxing, fret not! In the first 15 minutes of each class, we take the time to familiarize you with the fundamentals of boxing, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable in your boxing journey. You'll learn essential techniques, from mastering your stance to delivering punches with precision, maximizing the impact of your workout.

    The following 15 minutes of the class are dedicated to an energetic cardio and conditioning warm-up, getting your blood pumping and inducing a satisfying sweat, priming you to take on the boxing bags with resilient gusto!

    Now, the highlight of the session - the last 30 minutes - is all bag work! You'll engage in 8 rounds of 3 minutes each, guided by our skilled boxing trainer who will call out dynamic combos for you to unleash on the bag. During the 1-minute breaks, you'll experience active rest to keep your momentum flowing.

    And that's not all! Our innovative technology features a live algorithm displayed on the TV, which accurately measures the force of your punches and tracks the number of punches you throw per minute and second, offering real-time insights into your performance.

Boxing has been an extraordinary outlet for self-expression, a true reflection of who I am. My journey with boxing began at the age of 14, growing up in a rural area where I faced bullying. My father introduced me to boxing, and from that moment, I fell in love with the sport. Not only did boxing boost my confidence but also instilled discipline, making me a stronger and better person.
